  Almost all of these dresses are made as they are ordered, therefore we cannot issue refunds.  This way we can keep our prices low and offer you a very wide range of sizes and an infinite choice of color combinations.

About Rush Cuts..any of the dresses that are offered in the 54 colors are made to order and many of the Ivory and White ones.  The regular ship time for most of these dresses is 12 weeks, You can get a Rush Cut from the Company and that is an extra $10.00 per dress, the ship time is approx. 5 weeks. All ship times are to us, and then we need an additional 3 or 4 days to get it to you.  If you have any questions, Please call 608-237-1829.  If an item is not in stock in our store and we need to have an item shipped overnight to us so we can ship to you overnight, the you will incur and additional $60.00 overnight shipping charge.

  Our system allows you to choose the exact colors you want for your wedding, and in any combination you choose, so if you would want orange and purple you would be able to order it, however not all customers would want the combination you choose, or the sizes you would need, so we would be left holding a dress we may not get an order for.  Also if you would need to get a different size, time may not permit this, as each dress has to be ordered, and we are at the mercy of the companies that make them for us, and we need to go by the ship times given us.

  Some of the dresses will need alterations, the cost of alterations is always extra.   You will need to make arrangements for alterations on your end.

  We do have an alterations expert on board, who will do custom alterations according to your measurements, and as with all other things, the alterations are only as accurate as the measurements we are given to work with.

  We have had many special requests to add extra length, or  add extra pick-ups to a dress, to add more beading, to make dresses tea length, to add sleeves to a ready made dress, we have had jackets made for sleeveless dresses, the list is really endless, and almost all things are possible, if you need something done very quickly, that also can be arranged.

  We have had dresses made of the material that the customers have supplied, in the sizes they want for the exact dress the customer wants.  Matching a miniature bride dress to the brides dress has also been done.

  We try our very best to give every customer the best customer service we can provide.

 Due to the increasing number of credit cards not going through, we will charge your card before we order the dresses, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed with the companies that make them.

   If you need to add a comment to your order or give us special instructions for your order, you can add them in the comments and suggestions box at the end of the ordering process.

  As always we check our email very frequently through out the day and try to answer each in a timely manner.
