   We do realize that cheap formal dresses are everyones dream come true, but the fact is that you get what you pay for. The "cheap" dresses are often "itchy" because they are not fully lined. Our dresses are at a priced reasonably to give you the best quality available for your event without being itchy. 4. Drop Ship Fees.

7. Shoe Dyeing Charges.
   The charge for dyeing shoes is $10.00 per pair, Once the shoes are dyed they are yours, there can be no exchanges or returns for refunds.
